Piers plays an active role in the growth and strategic direction of the company and hosts the largest gathering of high-level industry professionals at annual awards and conferences. He holds an MBA, ISMM and IDM Diplomas, and has held senior positions in the national media and retail industries.

George is editor of Urban Living News and oversees the editorial direction of BHN, SAN and STRz. 15+ years as a hospitality, property and travel journalist. He helps programme the IHM event agendas and is head judge for the Serviced Apartment Awards.

Eloise joined IHM in September 2019 and was promoted to editor, hospitality in July 2023, overseeing BHN and sister site Serviced Apartment News. She covers boutique, lifestyle and luxury hotels, serviced apartments and corporate travel.

Katie joined IHM in 2016 as Head of Sales, focusing on Boutique Hotel News and Serviced Apartment News. She worked closely with Piers Brown and George Sell to launch Short Term Rentalz and Urban Living News, expanding the portfolio across hospitality and real estate.

Priya holds an MA in International Journalism with a background in business, education and retail journalism. With her experience in B2B editorial content, she brings passion and excitement for the short term rental industry.

Rachael spent a decade in the performing arts industry, producing high-stakes projects across three continents, from the Royal Opera House to Brisbane's Queensland Performing Arts Centre. She now applies that producer's mindset to commercial growth in the short-term rental sector, bridging properties, technology and revenue-generating opportunities.

Meg creates dynamic marketing campaigns and thought leadership events for IHM. She graduated from Wingate University with a degree in Marketing while on a full scholarship for competitive Track and Field, and recently completed a marathon just for fun.

Tessa develops campaigns and delivers industry-leading events for IHM. She graduated from McGill University in Economics before completing a Master's in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College London, bringing a global perspective to her work.

Mark joins IHM as Head of Research after thirty years in business travel, combining the role with running content marketing consultancy Travel Intelligence Network. A corporate and extended stay specialist, he is known for the Global Serviced Apartment Industry Report (2008 date), 80+ white papers, and hosting the Serviced Apartment Awards.

Originally from France, Tom holds a degree in Sport Management with a minor in Design from Wingate University, where he competed nationally in cross-country. He works across branding, video editing, graphic design and storytelling.
